Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g30 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use g30's services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the g30 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments is considered acceptance of those changes. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the g30 platform. Users who have not reached this age limit are strictly prohibited from using our services.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the g30 platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the point of registration. Accounts found to be using false or misleading information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
G30 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to meet compliance and platform security requirements. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. g30 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact g30 support immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be taken without delay.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
G30 users are required to use the platform in a responsible manner and in full compliance with all applicable rules. Use of the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
You agree not to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the g30 platform.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or exploit any part of the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate promotions, bonuses, or the rewards system.
- Sharing account access or lending your account to another individual.
- Using another user's information without their consent.
Any breach of the above rules entitles g30 to block, suspend, or terminate your account immediately and without compensation.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the g30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX and e-wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals will be displayed in the transaction window during the process.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe upon completion of identity verification and compliance checks. g30 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal if there are security concerns or suspicious activity detected on the account in question.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate and up to date. g30 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by the user.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
G30 assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or unsatisfactory game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its functionality or the accuracy of its content.
Intellectual Property
All content on the g30 platform — including logos, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of g30 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The g30 platform may contain references to or content from third-party providers such as game suppliers. g30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
G30 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or upon request by a competent authority. Where an account is legitimately closed, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user once all reviews have been completed.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the g30 support team. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
G30 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by g30 management, subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
